New Diana JV Sweeps Harmony

Boys and girls squads pick up wins.

NEW DIANA, Jan. 1st, 2008 -- In a war of Eagles, New Diana's JV squads squared off against Harmony Friday night, with New Diana walking off with top raptor honors in both games.

The girl's battled first, with Diana's ladies coming out on top after a tough match, 25-18. In the boy's contest, Harmony was routed by New Diana, 70-18.

Harmony's squads were hampered in both games by aggressive Diana defenses that kept pressure on Harmony from the in bounds pass to the basket.

In the boys match, Harmony was held to single digits in the first three quarters, and scoreless in the fourth.
