Daingerfield vs Blanco Schedule Announced

Class 2A Div II powerhouses to meet in Texas Stadium.
Originally scheduled to be played Saturday in Huntsville, the game time and location changed when it was discovered Texas Stadium was available Friday night. Kickoff is scheduled for 7:30 p.m.

Daingerfield (13-1-0), will face the Blanco Panthers (14-0-0). Daingerfield comes off a win over Newton to advance. Blanco defeated the Refugio Bobcats 27-7 Saturday to earn their berth in the semi-final match-up.

The game should be one to light up the scoreboard. Daingerfield has pounded opponents all year, notching three shutouts while scoring over 40 points seven times.

Blanco is no slouch while in possession of the ball either. The Panthers boast five shutouts this year, and scored in the forties or better ten times.
